The State of Arizona uses the Arizona Management System (AMS) to make data-driven decisions and foster a culture of transparency. As part of the Arizona’s Connected Workforce program, the State utilizes metrics to help determine priorities and track progress to the program’s goals. 

Success Stories

Through the Arizona’s Connected Workforce program, State employees are leveraging the benefits of a flexible workforce to increase the efficient use of the State’s resources, and provide increased flexibility in how citizens engage with our services.
